✔	Delcam strongly recommends Windows 7 Professional 64-bit for all AMS 2012 / 2013 series product.

✔ *	Delcam strongly recommends the 64-bit version because it allows PowerINSPECT to use the full memory and performance benefits of 64-bit Windows. However, some measuring devices are only currently supported by the 32-bit version of PowerINSPECT, and in these cases you will need to install the 32-bit version.

Key Points as of July 2012 :

Products are no longer supported on Windows XP. They may work on this operating system, but Delcam does not offer support or provide fixes for bugs reproduced only on this O/S.
Support for Vista ended on April 10th 2012. Vista is therefore not supported for 2013 products.
Both 32 and 64-bit products are supported on Windows 7 until the end of its mainstream support on January 12th 2015.
Products will only be available as 64-bit installations for Windows 8.
Delcam does not support Windows RT (A version of Win8 to be released for ARM devices such as tablets).
You are advised to check on availability of 3rd party 64-bit drivers for external hardware (e.g. inspection arms and CMM’s).
